Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all Hugs For Kids tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.
Pack and Post
Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal, or drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
